2025 Impact – People & Animals Thailand (PAT)

As we move into 2026, we reflect on the impact and lives changed in 2025. Our team worked tirelessly to reduce the suffering of stray and community animals through our CNVR (Catch, Neuter, Vaccinate & Release) programme – work made possible by the support of our donors and volunteers.

Spaying and Neutering

In 2025, the PAT Clinic successfully spayed and neutered 3,508 animals, a vital step in humanely controlling the stray animal population. Each procedure not only improves the health and welfare of the individual animal but also prevents the suffering of countless unwanted puppies and kittens. This year’s achievements brought our total number of sterilisations since reopening in early 2023 to 9,626 animals.

Vaccinations

Our team administered 5,521 vaccinations against deadly diseases, including rabies. These life-saving efforts play a crucial role in protecting animals, preventing the spread of disease, and safeguarding the health of the communities in which they live.

Compassionate Care

Beyond CNVR, our clinic provided treatment for animals in need in the community. In 2025, 329 animals received care for ticks, fleas, skin conditions and infections, while 1,187 animals were treated for parasites, significantly improving their quality of life.

Feeding Programme

Working closely with local communities, our feeding efforts supported 932 vulnerable animals, most of them mothers and their young. This vital assistance helped ensure they received the nourishment needed to survive.

Specialised Treatment

The PAT Clinic also treated 13 cases of Transmissible Venereal Tumours (TVT), a serious condition requiring specialised veterinary care. A further 23 animals received other urgent medical care. These cases were possible thanks to the generosity of our supporters, whose donations funded this vital care.

Education

Education remains a key part of our mission to improve coexistence between people and animals. In 2025, our team delivered educational sessions at local schools, reaching 465 children. These sessions focused on living safely alongside stray animals, raising awareness about rabies, and promoting respect and compassion for all animals.

Looking Ahead

As we reflect on the progress made in 2025, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported People & Animals Thailand along the way. As we continue into 2026, we remain committed to expanding our work and helping even more animals in need. But we can’t do it without your help.

Only together can we build a safer, kinder future for Thailand’s stray and roaming animals.

Moments Throughout 2025
