Sweet Dog Beats the Odds: An Inspiring Recovery Story

In November 2023, a female dog arrived at our clinic, bleeding profusely from a traumatic tumour injury. Our team intervened swiftly, halting the bleeding and providing crucial care. Due to the severity of her condition, sterilisation was initially deemed too risky.

Once recovered and after thorough examination, we confirmed she suffered from both anaemia and TVT cancer.

Treatment began with medication for anaemia, followed by a rigorous regimen of chemotherapy once she stabilised. Enduring five rounds of treatment, her tumour disappeared, saving her life and preventing the spread of the contagious cancer.

Now, she’s healthy enough for sterilisation, marking a remarkable turnaround in her journey. Such complex cases underscore the importance of our clinic’s mission. None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of our donors and supporters.
